Complaints
It's certainly unfortunate if you have a complaint about the service you've experienced. However, we kindly ask you to submit the complaint via email to our customer contact department. This can be done via email or regular mail. Our customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

Upon receipt of the complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer the complaint within 14 days of receipt, and if more time is needed, we will notify you accordingly.
If you do not appreciate this, you can also contact the mediation department of the Webwinkel Keur Foundation, of which onlineducati.nl is a member. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the platform of the European Union. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
