Shipping of my order
How will my order be delivered? Once we have received your order, our team in the warehouse will immediately start processing it. After it has been carefully packed, we will offer your package to our parcel service, which will deliver it to you. The following parcel service processes our orders: PostNL.
When will I receive my order? If you have placed an order on weekdays and paid before 5:00 PM, you will receive your order the next working day, provided the products are in stock. In other cases, you will be informed accordingly.
How much will be charged for shipping costs? We charge €6.95 per package of up to 20 kg within the Netherlands as standard. We charge €4.95 for letterbox packages within the Netherlands. We also ship internationally, and the shipping costs vary by country. For more prices and information, please contact us.
How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code. With this track & trace code, you can track your order on our parcel service's website.
What if I am not available on the expected delivery date? If no one is present when your order is delivered to the specified address by our parcel service, they will attempt delivery at a later time and/or leave a non-delivery notice, which will inform you how to receive your package. Would you like to change the delivery time? You can indicate this with the parcel service.
I do not want the package to be delivered to the neighbors. At the time of ordering, you can indicate that you do not want your order to be delivered to the neighbors. You can simply do this by filling in your additional message.
My order has been shipped, but I have not received anything yet. In practice, it may happen that something goes wrong during transport, no one was present at the time of delivery, or there was another form of miscommunication, resulting in the delivery taking place later than expected. If your order is taking longer than 3 working days to arrive, we kindly request you to contact us.
What happens if my delivery is lost or damaged? It hardly ever happens, but in case your order is lost, we will resend your order. If your package arrives damaged, we ask you to take photos of it, and in the case of damaged product(s), they can be returned. We will then resend them.
Returning my order
Return request in case of defect/damage Have you received your products, but are they damaged? That's unfortunate! Despite good care, it may unfortunately happen in practice that a received product is damaged or defective upon arrival. You can contact us to discuss the incident with you. Often, we can resolve it without needing anything to be returned.
Shipping costs for returns If it has been agreed that item(s) can be returned, the shipping costs for returning them are at your expense. We will cover the shipping costs for re-delivery.
How long does it take before I have a new product? After your return shipment has arrived with us, we will check it. If it is defective/damaged, we will send you a new product. This process typically takes only 5 working days. This means that you will receive your new product within 7 working days.
Guarantees
Broken upon receipt If you accidentally receive a defective or incorrect product, we kindly ask you to return it within 7 days after receipt. Note: Please contact us first before returning the defective product.
Product warranty Startwinshop.com has a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs during normal use within this period, you can request a new replacement. You must return the defective item before a replacement is sent. Note: Please contact us first before returning the product to us. If stated otherwise. To request an RMA, send an email to info@startwin.com. Once you submit the request, we will respond within 14 days whether we agree to it. If in doubt, we may ask you to send the product so that we can determine whether you have the right to invoke our warranty.
You are not entitled to a warranty if any of the following points are found: The product is damaged due to neglectful maintenance. The product is damaged due to normal wear and tear. The product has defects due to external causes (such as falling, sand, moisture, water damage).
Once we have determined that you are entitled to a warranty, we will try to repair the product. If this is not possible or reasonable, you can receive a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase amount.
Improper use If the defect is caused by fall, impact, or water damage, if the article is improperly used, or if it falls within the expectations of normal use, you cannot claim repair or replacement.
Cooling-off period & reconsideration period Private purchases fall under the "distance selling" law. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the web store are at your expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories delivered and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
